• Create, assign and coordinate work schedules for service technicians.
• Establish assignment priorities and allocate staff accordingly.
• Create, distribute, debrief, close and invoice work orders (full cycle).
• Assist the local branch manager in creating and submitting quotations and work proposals.
• Follow up on existing customer proposals to help the branch meet its monthly targets.
• Enter scale system and data sheet information into the new service management software (Salesforce/ServiceMax).
• Maintain and organize files and databases.
• Provide superior service to customers by telephone and electronic correspondence.
• Follow up with customers to assess satisfaction and understand opportunities for improvement.
• Shipping and receiving spare parts. Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience with Salesforce or ServiceMax is an asset.
• Outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual (required)
• A minimum of two (2) years of customer service or a strong desire to learn is required.
• You are self-motivated, have excellent multi-tasking skills and enjoy solving problems.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit.
• Curious and interested in priority management and work-life balance.
• Ability to process transactions with precision and attention to detail, without sacrificing volume.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Office 360, Microsoft Teams preferred.
• Professional diploma in administration or equivalent studies.
