RevSpring is looking for an experienced healthcare IT fullstack engineer to make an impact in our Patient Access line of products. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in working with enterprise-level scalable, secure, and performant products; have experience implementing RESTful APIs and web services; have experience using the Angular web development framework; and be familiar with multi-tier and message-oriented system architectures. Experience in the healthcare IT and revenue cycle industry is desired.
Essential Functions
Design solutions and produce high quality code.
Manage time and priorities across multiple initiatives.
Utilize best practices for design, development and testing to ensure stable application behavior.
Work in small collaborative teams with minimal supervision.
Provide troubleshooting support and diagnostics to internal teams as necessary.
Maintain and improve technical skills over time, taking advantage of new technologies and methodologies when appropriate.
Work directly with RevSpring’s clients to design and implement workable solutions.
Help design new features and systems that fit within the existing environment.
Minimum Requirements
Specific Job Skills:
JavaScript ES6 and TypeScript (4+ years).
Solid experience with Angular (preferred) or similar front-end web application development framework (e.g., React) (4+ years).
Node.js and the Node.js development ecosystem.
Nest.js framework.
Design and development of APIs using REST standards.
Relational databases, including database modeling and designing database schemas that scale.
Multi-tier and message-oriented application architectures.
Git.
Education: 4-year bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience
4+ years of software development experience in a team-based product development environment.
Product development experience in healthcare IT preferred.

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
