JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager will be the primary contact for customers opening or converting to one of our products. As a project manager, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to assist in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within scope. It is important that the project manager have a broad knowledge of pharmacy and Outcomes products with a passion for organization and communication .
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects and tasks for customers onboarding to one of our platforms
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Monitor project progress and track tasks to ensure milestones are achieved
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates for the duration of the project
- Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Assist in managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs following appropriate procedures
- Owns the role of communicating with designated conversion companies for each project, when necessary, to ensure all live dates are met
- Work with the implementation team to continuously find ways to improve processes and efficiency to meet department goals
- Ability to work in multiple platforms including Salesforce, designated project management tool, NetSuite, Microsoft Office Applications, and other vendor related platforms used for communication
- Proficient understanding of additional service features offered
- Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, external status reports and other necessary documentation
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS
- Understanding on project management methodologies
- Microsoft Certifications or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Outcomes platforms and products (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with team members, vendors, and clients.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Travel Requirements: Domestic up to 0-10%
Education & Experience Requirements
- Minimum years of work experience: 3 years
- Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors or equivalent work experience
- Pharmacy and/or Healthcare related experience (preferred)
- Prior customer service experience
- Project Manager Certification is preferred
