The Role
In this role, you will be an integral part of our Strategic Operations and Process Improvement function within Development supporting the build and enhancement of critical central processes, testing and rolling out solutions with cross-functional stakeholders that will help us drive continuous improvement.
Here’s What You’ll Do
- Key responsibilities will include supporting the central process improvement office with:
- Supporting a process improvement intake and triage process
- Working with the team to develop, maintain and enhance a centralized portfolio database of ongoing process improvement work collaborating with our R&D quality team, program / portfolio teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Support the build and generation of reporting and dashboards for our workstream leads and senior leadership across the process improvement work (e.g., status, progress)
- Support global process owners in visualizing, capturing and ensuring accurate representation of process improvement focus areas
- Support in ad-hoc reporting and content development for leadership updates
- Additional duties as may be assigned from time to time
Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications)
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree
- Ideal experience in database build and maintenance (Excel, Smartsheet), process improvement
- Preferred, but not required: experience in the clinical development and/or operations space

- Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize and deliver solutions
- Creative solutioning skills and solution- and action-oriented to support enhancement of new processes and tools
- Thrives in a highly cross-functional environment with strong stakeholder engagement skills required
- Independent starter, someone willing to take initiative and act with a sense of urgency
