The Job:
As a Sales Associate at InfoWerks, you will lead a nationwide sales effort in the dynamic field of healthcare software solutions, focusing on data management for pharmacies and healthcare organizations. You will be at the forefront of driving new business opportunities, demonstrating our value proposition through strategic industry insights, and delivering customized solutions that meet client needs.
What you will accomplish:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
What you will do on a daily/monthly basis:
- Manage a nationwide sales territory, setting the example through your own exceptional performance.
- Leverage deep industry and software expertise to identify and close new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong account management skills, building long-term relationships with key customers.
- Represent the company at national conferences as a subject matter expert and brand ambassador.
- Manage all leads with respect and attention to detail, managing time and deal progress.

Your Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in independent or hospital pharmacy
· Certified pharmacy tech or registered pharmacy technician
- Pharmaceutical, medical, pharmacy software sales, EHR or SaaS industry.
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Experience with EHR software solutions specifically focused on data conversion, including the migration of clinical and patient data across systems.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale EHR data conversion projects, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration for healthcare clients.
- CRM expertise with the ability to optimize systems.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
