Essential Responsibilities (included But Are Not Limited To)

  • Essential Responsibilities (included but are not limited to):
  • Maintain equipment according to preventative maintenance schedule
  • clean machines and immediate work area
  • Responsible to produce, visually inspect and package product
  • Operate equipment and process functions
  • Conduct inspections and perform process tests
  • Understand and complete all required paperwork in a timely Fashion
  • Responsible to respond to and reset alarms as needed
  • Sustain a product work environment through effective communication with team members
  • Responsible to contribute to the continuous improvement of the process.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Must maintain certification on equipment assigned.
  • Performs other duties assigned by the Team Leader and required to support the needs of the business
  • Must maintain regular, punctual Attendance
  • High speed manufacturing environment. Must remain alert and focused.
  • Obey all company policies, standards, and rules including but not limited to: Safety policies and rules including LOTO
  • Understand and apply embecta standards and specs to ensure all products are produced to embecta standards

Basic Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma/GED.
  • 1+ year of troubleshooting and diagnosing manufacturing equipment.
  • Read, write and speak English.
  • Basic computer keyboard & navigational skills including Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree
  • Vocational/Technical School degree
