Our Manufacturing teams specialize in assembling, testing and repairing ScriptPro’s robotic equipment and products. This is a very hands-on position that works closely with warehouse, engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to deliver exceptional products. Job Summary: The Warehouse Outbound Representative at ScriptPro is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of customer orders and production kits. Responsibilities include picking parts, creating shipping documents, packaging and labeling orders, and maintaining organized shipping queues. The role also involves verifying part numbers, documenting and reporting quantity shortages, and assisting with truck loading.
Reporting Relationship: Supervisor, Warehouse Outbound
Shift: Generally, Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4pm with at least one Saturday a month on call. This is an in office position. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.
Scope of the Role:
- Accurately pick parts for customer orders and production kits
- Create all shipping documents, properly package and label orders
- Maintain clean queues of orders to be shipped
- Verify part number accuracy, and document and notify of quantity shortages
- Learn to identify a wide variety of production parts and work with 11 digit part & order numbers
- Coordinate and schedule pickups with UPS, FedEx, Bellair, DBA, or ScriptPro departments
- Move, load or assist in loading trucks and shipments
- Properly package machines and execute mock
- Deliver kits to the production floor
- Conduct cycle and inventory counts
- Help with the organization, maintenance and appearance of the warehouse
- Ability to lift 60 lbs.
- Ability to work in a physical environment
- Participate in a scheduled rotation of “after hours” phone coverage and shipping approximately two (2) months out of the year
- Cross train in related jobs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, or purchasing environment
- Experience with MS Office suite
- Ability to lift 60 lbs.
- Ability to work in a physical environment

- Experience with UPS WorldShip
- Experience with Oracle

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation range for this role has been established at $17-18 hourly. The final agreed-upon compensation may be higher or lower and is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The above compensation range represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Working Conditions:
This position is regularly exposed to vibration, may work near moving mechanical parts and equipment, may be exposed to electrical shock, the noise level may be loud and exposure to heat and cold. This is a very active position which is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, bend, reach and must have the ability to push/pull and lift independently. Motor coordination skills and ability to work with tools is required. This job includes specific vision abilities including close, distance and color. Ability to learn and solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions.
