Summary

In this role, you will coordinate all non-acute spend management activity through the spend management delivery team’s account planning process. You will work with provider/supplier partners to understand priorities and build a workplan that maximizes revenue growth. You will also prioritize activities to deliver provider value and contracted NAF (Net Admin Fees) / GAF (Gross Admin Fees).

Responsibilities

  • Align with distributors and key suppliers on major initiatives and goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote Vizient solutions and grow revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive contract penetration and service adoption.
  • Utilize analytics tools to generate spend management insights and support stakeholder decision-making.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to transition spend from off-contract to on-contract.
  • Conduct business reviews with supply chain leaders and manage follow-up action plans.
  • Maintain a pipeline of growth opportunities, leveraging CRM tools for account management.
  • Identify and communicate performance improvement opportunities, develop business cases, and support problem resolution efforts.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years of experience in sales and/or account management role required.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare GPO highly preferred.
  • Must have strong analytical, customer service, and work effectively with C-suites.
  • Strong knowledge of the non-acute market highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
