Financial Solutions Architect– Houston, TX
Trilogy Medwaste is seeking a highly skilled Financial Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of data solutions that enhance financial operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards, while driving improvements in decision-making and business processes. You will design and implement advanced data models that align with the company’s strategic goals and enable seamless integration across Sales, Operations, Finance, and other functions.
Your focus will be on automating data workflows, automating reports, optimizing financial and sales processes, and minimizing manual intervention. By working closely with cross-functional teams, you will create innovative solutions that streamline operations, improve efficiency, and empower data-driven decisions. Your expertise in business analysis and continuous improvement will be vital in evolving Trilogy Medwaste’s data infrastructure to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
Salary $120,000 + 10% AIP

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring that all accounts payable activities comply with relevant financial policies and procedures
- Investigate and resolve outstanding creditor items
- Develop and maintain data models and data architectures that support financial reporting, analysis, and decision making
- Design and implement data solutions for financial systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve data processes and workflows
- Identify and implement automation processes in various domains such as finance, inventory, marketing, and others as business needs require
- Various administrative tasks
- Other duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have an MBA
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel is required
- Working knowledge of VBA and SQL programming languages
- Proven skill in delivering exceptional customer service
- Interface with sales and operations daily at all levels of the business from C-suite to front line drivers and techs
- Ability to multi-task taking phone calls and replying to emails
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to create and send proposals as instructed
