Director of Operations 

Job Specifics and Requirements:

Area: Mobile, AL

Education: Pharm. D.

Experience Needed: 5 years of experience in a leadership role, particularly in a healthcare setting

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30-6pm

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 DOE

Background/ Drug Requirements: Ability to successfully complete background check, health and drug screen

Director of Operations 

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee and optimize all operational aspects of the company to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and execute long-term business strategies
• Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline processes and enhance overall business performance
• Manage budgets and financial forecasts for the operations department
• Implement and oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards of service delivery
• Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and best practices
• Coordinate with other departments to align operational activities with company-wide objectives
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and systems to improve operational efficiency
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for operational activities
• Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and adaptation
• Oversee facilities management and ensure a safe and productive work environment
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain and logistics operations
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences as needed
