Job Description
Specifically, this role will have three main areas of responsibility:
Strategy: As the NetSuite on NetSuite product manager, you will be responsible for setting the strategy and vision, collaborating with key stakeholders to define goals and objectives, as well as identifying the key features and capabilities required to meet those goals.
Roadmap: Once you have established the product vision and strategy, you will create and manage a product roadmap that outlines key milestones and deliverables for the product. You will also need to prioritize features that will be included in each release, considering factors such as customer needs, market trends, and technical feasibility. Prioritization is key.
Collaboration: You will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including Development, Sales, and Customer Success among others. You will need to ensure that everyone is aligned around the product strategy and roadmap, that each team has the resources and support they need to execute their work effectively, and that features are adopted and perform successfully once developed.

- Scale and mature the internal use of NetSuite CRM
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap
- Ensure alignment and successful execution of the roadmap
- Gather and prioritize requirements
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle
- Define and monitor key performance metrics
- Stay aware of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
- Leverage customer feedback, data analysis, and market research to understand customer needs
- Communicate product plans, progress, and deliverables to stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience managing projects and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Strong understanding of sales processes, metrics, and best practices
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a CRM Product Manager, Administrator, or Consultant preferred
- NetSuite Certifications and/or NetSuite Experience
This role will require 20-30% travel to meet with stakeholders and team members.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 - $199,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
