We’re looking for an experienced QA Analyst with a background in Data to join our Activation & MarTech team. The ideal candidate has high attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholder groups—experience in MarTech and Digital Analytics is a bonus! In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our data flows and integrations, ensuring that our data is reliable and actionable.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive data quality standards and processes for ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple systems
  • Identify, document, and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with data activation, engineering and analytics team
  • Monitor and test the data integrations between systems for consistency and accuracy
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and ensure they are met
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot integration failures or discrepancies in data


What You Bring:

  • Proven expertise in data quality assurance, with the ability to implement rigorous testing protocols and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex data quality issues
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools, and familiarity with QA frameworks to streamline validation processes
  • Experience with data integration and ETL processes, ensuring seamless data flows and consistency across diverse systems during platform migrations or brand integrations
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain high data integrity and support data-driven decision-making
