What You'll Do:
Build and scale a new enterprise offering within Fullscript, contributing across the full development lifecycle
Design, develop, test, deploy, and continuously improve features—leading projects and owning your work from design to production
Develop highly usable features all the way through the stack to support our growing enterprise customer base
Drive best practices in software engineering through thoughtful code reviews, mentoring, and advocacy for clean, maintainable code
Mentor junior engineers to help them grow and hone their craft
Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver impactful features
Scope and plan projects effectively, balancing speed with long-term sustainability
Contribute to architecture decisions that will shape the future of our platform
What You Bring:
Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer, with a track record of building scalable applications
Expertise in Ruby or Ruby on Rails
Strong front-end skills with TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js, etc.). Bonus if you have React Native experience
A deep understanding of software design patterns and best practices
Belief in writing tests and building robust, maintainable code
Entrepreneurial mindset – you're resourceful, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments that involve ambiguity
Excellent communication skills—you articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively
A growth-oriented attitude, embracing feedback and continuous learning
