Job Summary

The Product Analyst – Preservice Patient Engagement role focuses on optimizing patient experiences through data-driven insights applied to innovative patient engagement products. You will oversee healthcare technology integration projects, conduct competitive intelligence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product strategy. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment. This position will be part of a team that manages a solution set that solidifies customer value, differentiates RevSpring in the market, and provides stickiness with existing clients.

Essential Functions

  • Lead cross-functional projects that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities for patient experience
  • Clearly communicate and document status and results of initiatives to stakeholders
  • Oversee projects focused on integration between internal and external systems, including PMs, EMRs, and EHRs, as well as integration projects for internal product integration.
  • Think creatively for solutions to complex problems, with a focus on continually improving and enhancing the product.
  • Assist with the management of priorities and roadmap items, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
  • Perform competitive intelligence research, tracking industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform product strategy.
  • Develop a broad understanding of operational systems and processes to provide strategic guidance
  • Make sound decisions in ambiguous or difficult situations, including when under pressure
  • Continuously improve service and results for our clients and the business
  • Work strategically with internal teams including sales, marketing, implementation, customer support, and development

Minimum Requirements

Specific Job Skills:

  • Exceptional judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques to create valuable and actionable insights
  • Comfort with ambiguous problems
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of data integrations mechanisms, preferably with experience in healthcare technology-specific integrations
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in discussions and presentations with internal and external business partners and executive-level leaders
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to create positive change
  • Strong capability to manage multiple project streams
  • Experience in market research and competitive analysis within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise with the following tools: Jira, Redash, Lucid, OneNote, or similar applications
  • High degree of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and skill in building relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Person must have direct or relevant experience with product management team
  • Up to 5% travel may be required.

Education: Four-year bachelor’s degree required.

Experience: 3+ years of product or related service experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
