Production Specialist. This role is responsible for carrying out daily production clerical tasks such as creating and scheduling work orders, ordering production supplies, and creating operations reports.

What You Will Do
- Update daily production reports for the operations meeting.
- Cross reference all information in WIP packets to SAP conformations
- Notify management of any confirmation discrepancies
- Adjust SAP confirmations
- Assist in training shop floor employees on conformation accuracy
- Close out workorders that cannot be received into inventory
- Communicate inventory discrepancies with planner/schedular
- Collect and input cycle time data into SAP
- Inventory cycle counting for all production raw materials
- Investigating all inventory discrepancies
- Adjusting inventory counts in SAP
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Position Details
- Plant location: Fort Worth, Texas
- Work week and shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:15pm – 1:45am
- Compensation package offered: $22.00 / hour
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience using ERP systems in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- No immigration sponsorship available for this role
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift/carry 30 lbs
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in business or management
- 5 years of experience using Microsoft Excel
- 1 year of experience using SAP
- Experience with Total Production Management (TPM) & Continuous Improvement Systems
- Experience using Excel to create spreadsheets with formulas, pivot tables and macros
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to use basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of whole numbers, fractions, percentages, and decimals
Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay rate for this role is $22.00 per hour. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
