Inventory Analyst/Planning Coordinator

Title: Inventory Analyst/Planning Coordinator.

Location: North Chicago, IL (100% onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

Job Description

• Document creation and review. Updating policies and procedures and reviewing best practices.
• Warehouse work including packing and training warehouse workers.
• OT as Needed.
• Issues tracking and follow up. Including working with various warehouse teams and external work groups and affiliates.
• Smartsheet, Power BI and Power Point Creation. Assisting in building communications tools and data analytics.
• Monitor daily inventory levels in IFS and SAP, Review Orders to move inventory from IFS to SAP, Manage safety stock in SAP locations
• Work with supply chain to manage inventory levels and distribution, Work with warehouse to ensure inventory is moved in a timely manner
• Work with customer service on potential backorder inventory and resolve, Monitor and collaborate on intercompany inventory transfers and execute
• Work with warehouse and compliance to process RMA(s), RTV(s) and rework as it pertains to distribution centers.
• Create and/or manage daily inventory, shipping and invoice reports.
• Generate reports to assist the team with planning activities. Any other duties that pertain to the Supply Chain Department.
