What You’ll Do:
As our HubSpot Administrator, you’ll own, optimize, and expand our HubSpot ecosystem across marketing, sales, and customer success. You’ll be responsible for maintaining data integrity, automating processes, and ensuring our teams get the most out of HubSpot.
- HubSpot Management: Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM, including Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
- Automation & Workflows: Build, refine, and maintain workflows, sequences, lead scoring, and nurturing campaigns
- Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure data cleanliness, create custom dashboards, and provide reports on sales and marketing performance
- User Training & Support: Train and support teams on best practices, troubleshoot issues, and enforce CRM hygiene
- Integrations & APIs: Manage integrations between HubSpot and other SaaS tools (e.g., Slack, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Lead Management & Attribution: Oversee lead routing, segmentation, and marketing attribution to ensure revenue alignment
- Compliance & Security: Ensure data governance and compliance
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of HubSpot CRM administration experience (preferably in a SaaS or startup environment)
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and sales processes
- Experience with HubSpot integrations, APIs, and third-party tools
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and dashboard creation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to train and support end users
- HubSpot certifications (preferred but not required)

The estimated base salary range for this role is $75,000-95,000/year in addition to an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all of these factors. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
Please note: SureCost is currently hiring only in the following states: Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
