Summary

In this role, you will ensure the seamless execution of projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with marketing, visual design and content teams to manage administrative tasks and maintain project documentation. You will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for project management and a knack for fostering teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential administrative support to project managers and leaders, including communicating project expectations, updates and potential risks to team members and stakeholders.
• Manage the creative services projects through the Adobe Workfront project management system, ensuring the smooth implementation and execution of projects from start to finish.
• Lead the Workfront creative services workflow while partnering with broader marketing operations to optimize marketing-wide Workfront implementation.
• Identify and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency within Creative Services and across the broader marketing execution model.
• Understand the scope of each project and create comprehensive documents outlining project requirements.
• Define project scope and requirements, working with internal teams to balance workloads and improve project prioritization across creative and marketing teams.
• Manage project estimating activities to ensure accurate budgeting and financial tracking.
• Oversee the asset archive and library.
• Manage assignments in collaboration with the Director of Creative Services on the required teams of designers, senior editors and contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Build and maintain a robust vendor contact list to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Provide project status reports to the marketing team, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Offer ad hoc administrative and project support to the design and content as needed.
• Participate in meetings and presentations to showcase our capabilities and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and support information/data to ensure our brand presence.
  
  

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey project details, updates, etc.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• A team player with the ability to foster collaboration and drive participation across various internal and external teams.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience managing creative and marketing operations projects using Adobe Workfront or similar tools.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all project documentation and reporting.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions.
• Proficiency in using project management software, such as Adobe Workfront.
• Familiarity with design and content management tools is a plus.

Estimated Hiring Range

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $87,900.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
