Soliant is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting & Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team and work closely with the VP of Accounting & Finance. This dynamic role will provide support across multiple areas of accounting, including month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and support the CFO with reporting requirements. Daily Responsibilities:
- Assist with the month-end close process by performing select tasks and recording journal entries
- Reconcile applicable balance sheet accounts
- Analyze monthly financial results and identify discrepancies or one-time costs
- Provide backup support for the VP of Accounting & Finance in areas such as Treasury and Accounts Payable
- Collaborate in the annual audit and other compliance initiatives
- Support the CFO and senior leadership with internal and external reporting requirements
- Support finance management with various accounting-related projects and initiatives
Skills and Qualifications We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting and a general knowledge of treasury and accounts payable processes.
- Proficient in accounting information systems and integrated applications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and effective manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- This is an on-site position. You must come into the office daily.
