As a
Fulfillment Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will support the fulfillment rep's and vendors in various activities, such as order processing and administration, which contribute directly to customer satisfaction. This role is an excellent starting point for those looking to build a career in operations management.
In this position, you will report to the Associate Director, Fulfillment and work a hybrid schedule (two days in office, three days from home).
Responsibilities:
- Assist in order entry and data input tasks.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and documentation.
- Support the network of reps and vendors in corporate annual report filings.
- Monitor activity and notify supervisors of discrepancies.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for small order tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of orders.
- Ensure orders are processed following company standards.
- Assist in routine inventory audits.
- Contribute to demand planning by gathering basic data.
- Support the preparation of operational documents.
Skills:
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in order entry.

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $63,150 - $87,250
