We are seeking a Production Technician to support our assembly operations. This position is located at Capsa's Canal Winchester facility. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. This is a single shift, production and warehouse facility working 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. Some overtime is required.

Your job will contribute to the team by performing the following duties (other special projects may also be assigned):

Perform repetitive assembly line tasks to produce products as workflow demands.
Work at different assembly stations as business or production demand requires, including our frame building station.
Participate in continuous improvement processes or cross-training

What we ask of you:

High school diploma preferred
1+ years’ experience in production assembly operations
Ability to work with hand tools (such as pneumatic drill)
Consistent attendance
Willing to work and train in a variety of production areas
Strong team skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to stand throughout work shift and lift up to 50 pounds consistently
