This role provides an outstanding chance to be at the forefront of innovative research in Life Science Mass Spectrometry instrumentation development.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and support world-class research projects in machine vision and image recognition.
  • Develop future ion source technology to ensure flawless operation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams towards a functional prototype.
  • Analyze data and determine key insights to drive research outcomes.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and presentations on research findings for internal discussions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a research role, preferably in a scientific or technological field.
  • Strong understanding of machine vision and image recognition techniques.
  • Familiarity with ion source technology is a plus.
  • Ability to work part-time with flexibility in schedule, approximately 10 hours per week.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Compensation And Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $31.00–$45.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
