This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $18.40/hour - $21.90/hour

Job Responsibilities

  • Answering Finance Team phones
  • Handling inquiries for both the AR and invoicing outlook email box
  • Posting invoices into online portals
  • Creating spreadsheets for customers
  • Researching payments

Required Skills

  • Good Excel Knowledge (V/X lookup) pivot tables
  • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable
  • Knowledge of invoicing
  • Customer service experience
  • Multi-Tasking

Preferred Skills

  • AS400
  • Salesforce
  • Various Invoicing websites (Ariba, Coupa)

Education/Experience Requirement

  • 3+ years related experience
  • High School Diploma
