Ecolab, Purolite Resins is seeking a Training Specialist who will play a critical role in driving the Operations Training Program at our Philadelphia area sites! You will partner with on-site experts and global leaders to design, develop, and deploy operations and technical training at the G Street and King of Prussia plant sites, as well as drive training initiatives from our global leaders. You will also support the use of digital tools to enhance training program effectiveness.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the Onboarding Training Program for all new hires at the sites:
  • Develop and update all onboarding training materials
  • Coordinate with SMEs and Hiring managers to schedule onboarding training
  • Lead coordination of training program communications, session invites, pre and post work messaging, evaluations, and others assigned
  • Lead development/ deployment of Site-Specific Training Programs:
  • Complete learning needs analysis, and develop effective solutions to close gaps
  • Collaborate with SMEs to build effective/engaging training for Corporate support, Production, Engineering, QA/QC, GMP, Safety, as well as other areas
  • Document and monitor completions / course attendance, pull reports as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Support and promote culture of continuous improvement through feedback and coaching
  • Effectively manages ambiguity and working through complex issues to achieve business results
  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years’ experience working on a Learning and Development team
  • Four-year degree in Learning and Development, Communications, or Instructional Design
  • Leading edge project management skills
  • Hands-on Technical/GMP Manufacturing/Pharmaceuticals experience
  • Agile mindset in a constantly changing work environment
  • Strong knowledge of Learning and Development methodologies; including needs assessments, measurement, and evaluation (ADDIE), instructional design process
  • Verbal, written communication and presentation skills; the ability to communicate at all levels in a clear, concise, and professional manner
  • Experience building eLearning and digital training tools strongly preferred
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule and travel between the G Street and KOP sites.

Reports to Global Operations Training Program Manager

Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $56,200.00 - $84,400.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
