About The Role

Join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as a Sales Development Representative III. You will work in a top-tier setting, collaborate with dedicated colleagues, and help pioneer scientific solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate opportunities for proposals and qualify new clients to expand our customer base.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to successfully implement sales strategies.
  • Identify and strictly follow up on leads to determine potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a flawless client onboarding experience.
  • Provide outstanding customer support and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role preferred, ideally within a scientific or technical industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Ability to compete in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $75,700.00–$113,500.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
