Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans for 4th-grade students in line with state standards.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
Utilize various teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Monitor and assess student progress through tests, quizzes, projects, and assignments.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to support student achievement.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and organized classroom environment.
Prepare and submit student progress reports in a timely manner.
Requirements
Must have a Pennsylvania Teaching Certification for PreK-5.
