The intern will support the Commercial Training & Development Team by assisting in sales training coordination, content development, and training effectiveness analysis. This role offers exposure to corporate learning strategies, instructional design, and cross-functional collaboration while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in organizing sales training sessions, including logistics, scheduling, and participant communication.
  • Support trainers in creating and updating training materials, including PowerPoint presentations and digital learning content.
  • Develop engagement content for training programs, such as case studies, role-play scenarios, and interactive activities.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and feedback collection, analyzing data to suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding training initiatives.
  • Assist in drafting internal communications and newsletters to promote training opportunities and resources.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a major in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information across the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive).

Qualifications

Education:


  • High School diploma or GED—Required
  • Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program—Required
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required


Additional Requirements:


  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must commit to the full 10-12-week duration of the internship.
