The intern will support the Commercial Training & Development Team by assisting in sales training coordination, content development, and training effectiveness analysis. This role offers exposure to corporate learning strategies, instructional design, and cross-functional collaboration while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing sales training sessions, including logistics, scheduling, and participant communication.
Support trainers in creating and updating training materials, including PowerPoint presentations and digital learning content.
Develop engagement content for training programs, such as case studies, role-play scenarios, and interactive activities.
Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and feedback collection, analyzing data to suggest improvements.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding training initiatives.
Assist in drafting internal communications and newsletters to promote training opportunities and resources.
Qualifications & Skills:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a major in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or Business Administration (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information across the organization.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights and develop strategic recommendations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive).

Education:
High School diploma or GED—Required
Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program—Required
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required
Additional Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must commit to the full 10-12-week duration of the internship.
