For years, Soliant has invested in opportunities to close the gap between the number of education professionals in the field and the increasing number of students requiring care. Because of this, we are looking to hire a Sales Recruiter for one of our education teams.
What we do: we contract with school districts across the nation to assist with their internal staffing needs and we directly work to recruit education professionals for interim contract assignments.
What you will do:
- Make sales calls on existing and prospective clients and candidates
- Generate and maintain relationships with new clients
- Communicate with clients to fully understand their employment needs to sell our contract services
- Build relationships with education professionals and manage their work assignments
- Own the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to placement by helping to manage the recruiting process
- Follow up and maintain communication before, during, and after the selection process
What we look for:
- Must be comfortable making cold calls in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Competitive and driven to succeed
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects
- Enjoys a collaborative environment
Other details:
- This is an on-site position. You must come into the office daily.
- We're located in Peachtree Corners, GA
- Monday to Friday work schedule; no nights or weekends!
- Competitive salary PLUS uncapped commissions
