As a Specialist, you will take on a supportive role in the planning, monitoring, and management of internal non-technical projects. You will play a crucial role in maintaining project documentation, assisting with resource management, and ensuring project milestones are met. This role offers growth opportunities for those with some experience in project management.
Responsibilities:
Support project planning and development of schedules.
Track and report project progress.
Assist in budget management and financial tracking.
Maintain detailed project documentation.
Support the identification and mitigation of project risks.
Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas.
Facilitate communication among project stakeholders.
Assist with change management processes.
Ensure compliance with project processes and standards.
Provide support in preparing project proposals and reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management or related field, OR equivalent.
Experience: 5+ years of IT, Software Implementation experience, and demonstrated ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, preferred.
