Title: Enterprise Project Manager
Description
AssistRx is looking to hire an Enterprise Project Manager to be dedicated to a specific Client Portfolio. This dedicated Enterprise Project Manager will be a member of the Project Management Organization, reporting to the Associate Director of Project Management. The PMO Team is accountable for client projects and works closely with the Product Management, Program Management & Account Management teams, as well as the client to identify opportunities and develop solutions. The dedicated Enterprise Project Manager is a critical role within the organization and is responsible for successful client engagements (from project initiation through project closure). The dedicated Enterprise Project Manager will be working on a variety of interesting projects and be responsible for guiding client through design, best practices and requirements for their programs. The dedicated Enterprise Project Manager will work closely with key groups within the company including Business Development, Product and Operations. This is a highly technical position with accountability for delivery of quality that requires the ability to lead, motivate and mentor cross-functional team members.
Requirements
- Effectively lead and manage client engagement and work with cross-functional teams
- Own the customer relationship for all projects (IT, Operational, Marketing, etc)
- Function as primary point of contact for all projects; maintain position as trusted project advisor to clients
- Lead the overall program, ensuring strategic alignment, scope, and delivery of multiple related projects
- Maintain a dotted-line relationship with Project Managers working within the portfolio to ensure alignment between project goals and objectives.
- Work closely with Project Managers to prioritize tasks, monitor progress, and support them in overcoming roadblocks, balancing scope, and maintaining timelines.
- Lead client facing design sessions, define requirements with assistance from Business Analyst and Account Manager; function as subject matter expert in order to collect complete and accurate business requirements from clients. (this screams senior to me)
- Create project plans and manage the execution of all tasks and deliverables from the project plan
- Work as a team player and leader to effectively coordinate across functional teams
- Collaborate with Internal and External Stakeholders to balance product vision and voice of customer in order to deliver best-in-class solutions
- Present project & portfolio statuses to executive team both verbally and in writing
- Works closely with Project Teams and Business Analyst to ensure that all documentation accurately reflects client needs and clearly defined for Development and QA teams (i.e. business requirements, user stories, wireframes, functional specifications, test plans, etc)
- Manages issues, risks and changes using appropriate and agreed upon processes
- Coordinate estimation of development effort with portfolio management team
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience successfully leading client engagements in the Pharma industry
- Able to clearly articulate what a Patient Solutions Operations team does
- A working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, hub, or related industries
- Direct experience in consulting for external clients
- A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision
- Highest ethical standards and personal integrity
- Good data, business, and financial analysis skills
- Superior communications skills, both verbally and in writing
- Experience with working in agile organization that utilizes tools like Jira
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Smartsheets
- Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced organization with rapid change
- Agile software development experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills. Capable of understanding a broad range of viewpoints and building consensus
- Proven experience at working independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team to complete assignments
