Our first Research and Development facility in the US is located in Coral Springs, Florida which focuses on generic and branded orally inhaled and nasal drug products. Somerset, New Jersey is home to one of Fifteen commercial manufacturing sites globally and the only commercial manufacturing facility in the United States for Lupin, as well as additional Research and Development teams. Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Sr. Manager / Associate Director, Talent Acquisition will report to the Sr. Director of HR and manage the talent acquisition process for the US. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization ranging from niche commercial, scientific, technical as well as leadership roles. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of business, and hiring processes, and proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

You will have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. You will help to implement a recruitment strategy to attract and retain prospective talented employees. Starting from sourcing the candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating employment factors to salary recommendations, you will manage the full recruitment cycle to meet business needs. As a Talent Acquisition Partner your managerial and technical skills will help in guiding the people in the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for leadership positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including executive search firms, job boards, social media, networking events, campus hiring, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding, with a focus on leadership roles.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leadership candidates for future openings.
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top leadership talent.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly in leadership hiring.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selecting leadership candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Any other HR projects that maybe assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role, with a focus on leadership hiring with pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical companies
  • Proven record of designing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies for exempt volume hiring and management-level positions
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Working knowledge of iCIMS and Success Factors RCM will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations applicable to hiring practices
  • Knowledge of the immigration process as well as rules and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in employer branding and talent pipeline development.

Physical Requirements

The physical requirements of the position generally include: standing, walking, sitting, using hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms, talking and hearing. In some circumstances, bending, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and crawling may apply. This position may require lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally. Generally work is performed in an office environment.
