Start your career in sales! Come join our recently created Inside Sales Hub and be part of Zebra’s strategy to prospect and generate leads within our Enterprise accounts. We are hiring for multiple openings to build out this inside sales initiative as a Business Development Representative with a target start date of July 7th, 2025.
Independently, or as part of a team, contacts existing and/or prospective customers through a multi channel approach. Observes and participates in identifying products and/or services that can benefit customer's needs. Responsible for creating leads and opportunites for new pipeline for our core enterprise team.

This role is required to be onsite out of our Chicago, IL office 5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Drive outbound prospecting to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) using Zebra Sales Plays to position Zebra’s solutions effectively.
- Research designated accounts, identify key personas and decision-makers, and collect prospect contact information.
- Engage and qualify leads from marketing campaigns (Marketing Qualified Leads) to ensure a steady flow of sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities, using CRM tools to track and disposition leads / activities.
- Collaborate with Regional & Global Sales Teams to align on prospect strategies and route SQLs for further development.
- Leverage CRM data and insights to optimize outreach efforts and report on activity.
- Share best practices with colleagues, contributing to a collaborative, high-energy sales environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and Zebra’s solutions to enhance prospecting effectiveness.
- Apply feedback and coaching to continuously improve sales techniques and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interest in sales and a drive to generate new business opportunities (0+ years)
- This role is required to be located in the US, onsite out of our Chicago office 5 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of sales processes, solution selling, and overcoming objections
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting strategies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with potential customers
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
- Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to improve outreach efforts

Salary: USD 26.00 - USD 28.00 Hourly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
