Remote – Field-Based Role

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Planning
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitive positioning
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for health systems, aligning solutions with customer goals
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to create compelling sales tools
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, pharmacy leaders, and risk management teams
- Understand current workflows within health systems and articulate the impact of Omnicell’s solutions
Sales Execution and Customer Success
- Lead sales efforts across Omnicell’s full portfolio, including Point of Care, IV Compounding, Intelligence Solutions, and As-A-Service offerings
- Develop consultative sales strategies that address customer challenges and business needs
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers
- Utilize Salesforce.com and other sales tools to track opportunities and ensure accurate forecasting
- Represent Omnicell at industry conferences and trade shows to build brand awareness and expand market presence

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of sales or consulting experience OR High school diploma and 5+ years of sales or consulting experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
- Experience in As-a-Service (aaS) or value-based selling
- Success in bringing first-to-market or early-adoption solutions to customers
- Familiarity with health system decision-making processes
