HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in Deer Park, TX is looking for an Industrial Services Admin to travel with their safety conscious team during turn around season! This team member is responsible for the successful execution of all administrative duties and assisting with day-to-day personnel operations at various customer locations throughout the US. The admin position serves as representative of HPC-Industrial n creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers. The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate the processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and administrative functions as assigned to support the traveling turn around team.

Skills And Experience Required For This Position.
1 or more years of clerical experience, accounting, bookkeeping, office management.
Must be extremely organized, detailed oriented and have strong customer relations skills.
Must have ability to multi-task and work independently to meet deadlines.
Computer background working with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word and Office a must.
Trac time keeping experience preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to maintain effective professional relationships while leading/mentoring in a team atmosphere
A team player, with the ability to be a collaborative team member and supportive leader
Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
Proficient in the WIN system
