SUMMARY: Responsible for designing marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite, creating and editing video content, and supporting CRM and HTML email campaigns. They will assist in maintaining web content, optimizing SEO, and managing social media engagement. Support a variety of campaigns and initiatives, ensuring effective execution and engagement across multiple channels. Additional duties include supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating with vendors, conducting market research, organizing collateral in SharePoint, and assisting with tradeshows as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, social media graphics, and presentations, using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) utilizing knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Create and edit video content for campaigns, events, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the team lead to develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotional materials.
- Design and update HTML emails using templates to support marketing campaigns.
- Assist the team lead in ensuring lead alignment and accurate reporting.
- Contribute to the creation of reports and dashboards to track marketing performance.
- Update and maintain company webpages using a content management system (CMS).
- Assist in optimizing web content for SEO and usability in collaboration with the team lead.
- Support social media efforts by scheduling content and monitoring engagement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Conduct competitor and market research to inform marketing strategies.
- Maintain an organized SharePoint site for accurate storage of marketing collateral.
- Provide support for tradeshows and events as needed.
- Interfaces with staff at all levels of the organization as well as clients and partners.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, following through on issues in a timely manner.
- Assist the marketing team with other projects as needed.
- Protects operations by keeping company information confidential.
- Delivers outstanding customer service through timely response and proactive solutions to clients’ needs.
- Demonstrates BV’s guiding principles in support of the company's strategic goals.
- Follows all documented policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions applicable to the position and support of BV's quality standards and strategic initiatives.

Education And/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with exposure to CRMs, HTML email, and Automated marketing is required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None required.
Language Ability: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Technology Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in operating a computer and have proficiency in word processing software.
Must possess proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), have strong video creation and editing skills,
basic knowledge of SEO principles and CMS platforms, experience with Google Analytics and social media management tools (e.g., Gaggle) and
familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic webpage edits.
