Join Our Team as a Sr. Financial Analyst at McKesson Compile

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Financial Planning and Forecasting: Contribute to financial analysis and variance assessments to aid in achieving the strategic goals of the Compile team. Assist in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of financial models and projections.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a financial strategist for business stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Financial Shared Services, and International Finance to streamline processes and foster seamless communication.
- Financial Strategy and Management: Assist the development and management of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Evaluate and enhance our ERP systems to facilitate new business initiatives and drive efficiency in financial operations.
- Strategic Reporting and Analysis: Deliver insightful financial reports and analyses that support strategic planning and decision-making. Contribute to financial memoranda for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic business transactions.
Strategic Objectives:
- Drive continuous enhancement in the transparency, timeliness, and accuracy of financial planning and analysis.
- Support transformational projects related to data and systems to optimize financial operations.
- Support financial analytics projects related to prospective acquisitions and business development.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years of substantial experience in financial planning and analysis or finance
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA certification is preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in extracting, organizing, and synthesizing complex financial data to inform strategic decision-making
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial modeling and strategic planning principles
- Experience with Oracle SmartView, SAP, and JD Edwards is preferred
- Advanced skills in Excel (formulas, modeling, pivot tables); SQL is a plus
- Motivated self-starter that is well organized, dependable, efficient and results oriented
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and geographical locations
- Demonstrated strong collaboration skills and ability to develop strong partnerships at multiple levels
- Executive presence and experience with presentations to various leadership levels
- Ability to provide strategic recommendations and influence stakeholders to make decisions
- Comfort working in business amidst ambiguity and transformational change
