Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain positive relationships with key accounts to determine their needs and successfully implement tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of projects that meet client specifications and timelines.
Provide expert mentorship and support to clients, helping them navigate complex challenges with innovative, data-driven solutions.
Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to find opportunities for improvement and drive continuous growth.
Strictly adhere to company policies and industry regulations to ensure compliance and maintain the highest standards of integrity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Min 0-2+ years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the scientific industry.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation And Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $44,500.00–$70,000.01.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
