Need: 1 Pharmacist - hospital
Shift Information: Per-diems (4/16-20, 4/30-5/4, 5/14-5/18, 5/28-6/1; Would only need coverage beyond 6/1 if we don’t have someone hired by then)
7 on 7 off schedule Mondays-Sundays:
Monday – Friday 1pm-9pm plus on-call 9pm-7am
Saturday – 8am–6pm plus on-call 6pm-8am
Sunday – 8am–6pm plus on-call 6pm-7am
Requirements: 1-2 days of training/orientation are required prior to start. Must have prior experience of In & Outpatient med verify, IV skills and dosing. Preferred: CPSI system exp
Responsibilities: will be working for a pharmacy solutions company that partners with a small hospital (97 beds tot), that has a daily census of 30 beds Skilled Nursing Facility(SNF), 20-35 hospital. They use Omnicells, and can train. There will be 1-5 techs working with the RPH, completing order entry. The RPH will be doing: order verification, IV verification IV dosing, med dosing, med expert for clinical staff
