The Project Manager is responsible for participating in the planning, coordination, and execution of non-technical business initiatives to ensure that goals and objectives of projects and deliverables are accomplished within specified timeframes and funding parameters. This individual will work with cross functional teams to manage a variety of projects and participate in the execution of project activities of medium to high complexity. Responsible for supporting company/project objectives and goals, as well as the coordination of all internal and external resources. Participates in continuous improvement of project management methodology. May define and oversee Project Coordinator task delivery.
Responsibilities:
Utilizes internal resources to better understand how assigned projects align with the company mission, vision, purpose, and objectives
Normally requires five (5) years of broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a bachelor’s degree program; requires a minimum of five (5) years related and progressively responsible experiencedirectly in the field of project management.PMP certification or active pursuit of PMP certification or related higher education learningrequired. Experience in Healthcare or Supply Chain industry preferred.
Strong computer skills tooperate with company systems and programs, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
