Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for B2B sales and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Area Sales Manager at Lakeland Industries


🔹 Position: Area Sales Manager

🔹 Experience: 5+ years in B2B Selling of Personal Protective Equipment’s/firefighting products or industrial solutions.

🔹 Qualification: MBA/Master’s degree or equivalent


🚀 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing distributor’s sales team to drive results.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product excellence.
  • Effectively manage and nurture relationships with dealers and distributors.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance market presence and drive mutually beneficial business opportunities.
  • Actively gather and integrate customer feedback into product and service enhancements, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop training initiatives for the sales team of distributors to improve their skills and deepen their understanding of products.
  • Ensure that all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards, minimizing legal risks and ensuring ethical business practices.


🎯 Desired Skills and Qualifications:

· 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales of Personal Protective Equipment.

· A Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in analyzing sales data and generating insightful reports.

· Familiarity with the PPE industry trends and market dynamics.
