Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for B2B sales and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Area Sales Manager at Lakeland Industries
🔹 Position: Area Sales Manager
🔹 Experience: 5+ years in B2B Selling of Personal Protective Equipment’s/firefighting products or industrial solutions.
🔹 Qualification: MBA/Master’s degree or equivalent
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
Lead and mentor a high-performing distributor’s sales team to drive results.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product excellence.
Effectively manage and nurture relationships with dealers and distributors.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance market presence and drive mutually beneficial business opportunities.
Actively gather and integrate customer feedback into product and service enhancements, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop training initiatives for the sales team of distributors to improve their skills and deepen their understanding of products.
Ensure that all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards, minimizing legal risks and ensuring ethical business practices.
🎯 Desired Skills and Qualifications:
· 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales of Personal Protective Equipment.
· A Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in analyzing sales data and generating insightful reports.
· Familiarity with the PPE industry trends and market dynamics.
