Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to students K-12 with speech, language, and communication needs. The SLP will work with students to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans to improve communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy and collaborate with teachers and staff.
  • Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress.
  • Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathology License or Credential.
  • Knowledge of speech and language development and disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a school setting.
  • Familiarity with IEP process and special education services.

Additional Requirements

  • Background check and fingerprinting clearance.
  • TB Test Clearance.
