Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to students K-12 with speech, language, and communication needs. The SLP will work with students to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans to improve communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct therapy and collaborate with teachers and staff.
Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress.
Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
Qualifications
Required:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid California Speech-Language Pathology License or Credential.
Knowledge of speech and language development and disorders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
Experience working in a school setting.
Familiarity with IEP process and special education services.
Additional Requirements
Background check and fingerprinting clearance.
TB Test Clearance.
