Job Summary
The Clinical Operations Residency is a post-graduate program offering experience in MTM program administration. The resident will learn how pharmacists can impact the quality and rising cost of healthcare by providing patient-oriented medication therapy management (MTM) services.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain clinical rules for the Insight™ Clinical Engine
Implement and maintain clinical programs in accordance with clinical guidelines and CMS regulations
Gain experience and be a Clinical liaison in the following areas:
Quality assurance
Data management
Sales and marketing
Research
Network training and support
Co-manage clients from a clinical perspective
Attend calls, pull supporting reporting as applicable
Assist in delivery of call follow-ups, answer client questions
Participate in national industry meetings, trade shows, and client visits, as needed
Complete project and present final analysis at the IPA Annual Meeting
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS
Eligible for pharmacist licensure in the United States, Iowa preferred (must be licensed within 120 days of hire date)
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments, and responsibilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solution-oriented
Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization, demonstrating professionalism and good judgment at all times

Education & Experience Requirements
Minimum level of education or education/experience: Doctorate
Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy,
Eligible for pharmacist licensure in the United States, Iowa preferred (must be licensed within 120 days of hire date)
