Account Executive
Remote | Field-Based | 50%+ Travel Required

What You’ll Do
- Develop Strong Partnerships – Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and Directors at healthcare organizations.
- Drive Growth – Expand market share, increase customer satisfaction, and maximize the adoption of Omnicell solutions.
- Meet and Exceed Goals – Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Strategic Problem-Solving – Analyze customer challenges and align them with Omnicell’s innovative solutions.
- Collaborate for Success – Work closely with internal teams, including sales, clinical consultants, and support resources, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Planning – Lead a structured planning process with customers, setting clear performance objectives and milestones.
- Customer Engagement – Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and corporate site visits to highlight Omnicell’s value.
- Business Development – Identify cross-selling opportunities and create tailored account strategies.
- Sales Execution – Drive revenue growth, manage customer retention, and execute sales KPIs.
- Customer Advocacy – Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer needs are met and issues are swiftly addressed.

- Sales Expertise – Strong knowledge of targeting, pipeline management, and value-based selling.
- Strategic Thinking – Ability to assess customer needs, develop business solutions, and negotiate complex hospital contracts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders to drive results.
- Executive Relationship Building – Develop long-term partnerships with senior healthcare leaders.
- Industry Knowledge – Experience working with acute care hospitals and health systems.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales OR
- High school diploma and 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with complex sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger)
- Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with healthcare technology solutions
Work Environment & Travel
- Field-based role with a home office setup
- 50%+ travel required
- May involve lifting demo equipment during trade shows
