Sales Stream Talent Pipeline Summary
McKesson is growing and, to prepare for the future, we are creating a pool of talented individuals who may be interested in our future openings. Responsibilities & Requirements
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, target market, and industry trends.
- Identify and qualify new leads through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present our products/services, explain their benefits, and address any questions or concerns.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry or selling complex products/services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close sales and achieve targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions, track leads, and report on sales activities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed.
