We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team for this hybrid opportunity working out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
The Sales Representative will be assigned a geographic territory with both existing Imprivata non-healthcare customers and prospects. This role will be responsible for the proactive and reactive management and support of our clients’ business requirements. The Sales Rep will identify expansion opportunities by introducing new solutions to the existing customers and support the need for add-on transactions to solutions already under agreement. This role must coordinate territory prospecting strategies with their assigned business development resources and partner with product specialist and sales engineering to proactively introduce new solutions to target prospects. Our Sales Reps must be motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment. This is accomplished through partnering with sales engineers, product specialists, and marketing to generate demand and establish customer needs. Activities include account strategy planning, proactive prospecting, lead generation follow up and executing add-on transactions from existing customers. The Sales Rep will be instrumental in driving Imprivata’s revenue growth in industries outside of healthcare.
Duties And Responsibilities
Secure qualify leads, including inbound calls, against established criteria for existing and defined assigned accounts.
Conduct outbound cold calling to defined assigned territory to identify new account logos.
Manage the full sales cycle for add-on and expansion transactions including qualification, opportunity creation in SFDC, Quote creation, pipeline management and order fulfillment.
Track and manage prospecting, qualification and foster activities in the company's CRM (SFDC) including contact records management and activity recording.
Act as the “front line”- knowledge and communication of all Imprivata sponsored events, promotions and external communications. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Product Marketing.
Utilize SFDC to maintain a level of metrics to meet activity goals (call volume, email campaigns, product, etc.).
Handle sales qualified leads in a timely manner within SLA commitments.
Identify expansion opportunities within defined assigned accounts.
Leverage technology stack (Clari, SFDC) to maintain accurate sales forecast and pipeline.
Other duties as assigned and required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree desired.
3-5 years of B2B prospecting/ closing experience preferably in IT security.
Ability to work in a team selling model.
Strong time management, organization and decision-making skills are critical.
Flexibility, adaptability and self-motivation are essential.
Able to perform prospect and account research to prepare for calls.
Disciplined to maintain high call volume
This position offers a salary range of $130,000.00.00 to $184,424.00 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata’s benefit offerings can be found here. This salary range represents the high and low end of Imprivata’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate’s location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
