Key Responsibilities:
- Development of generic products (IV Infusions / Injections / Ophthalmic Solutions / Nasal Drops) for domestic & International Markets.
- Literature Search: Patent Search and search skills in e-Orange Book, drugs FDA, electronic medicines compendium, WHO regulatory database, research articles.
- Pre-formulation Studies including, stress studies, solubility studies and compatibility studies also.
- Evaluation of suitable excipients, packaging material, manufacturing process for the formulation and accordingly trial designing, planning and execution for Development of New formulations.
- Method Development and Validation.
- Analysis of R&D Samples such product development, vendor development, stability samples, Raw material and Finish Product.
- Online filling and completion of all GMP document & verification of all respective documents.
- To ensure GMP, GDP, Data reliability & all-time compliance in R & D lab.
- Compilation, review and interpretation of product development results, drawing conclusions and way forward in formulation development.
- Value-addition work on existing products related to quality and costing
- Resolving Shop-Floor issues.
- Preparation and review of protocol and report of R&D products.
- Preparation and review of SOPs.
- Tech-Transfer of R&D Products from lab scale to production scale and troubleshooting during execution of Exhibit Batches.
- Vendor Development for APls.
- Execution of Maintenance of R&D equipment and machines.
- To address the queries related to Product Development from various departments such as Marketing.
- Regulatory, Analytical, QA, QC & Production.
- All time 24*7 audit readiness.
- Review of departmental training.

- Preperation of developmental pharmaceutics and PDRs for export licensing & product approvals.
