Job Description Summary
This position serves as a key member of the Human Resources operations team at Azurity and is responsible for a great experience however our colleagues interact with HR systems and processes at Azurity. The role ensures the effective administration of HR operational processes, as assigned by their leader, including HR systems and its data accuracy across partners’ applications. They will be an integral part of many projects and processes, such as identifying and improving colleague onboarding and offboarding opportunities and supporting employee-self-service optimizations. This person will support the accuracy in HR systems, support of payroll function and help ensure data integrity is maintained as colleagues join and depart the organization. The
HR Operations Specialist will report to the Sr Dir of Human Resources.
Role And Responsibilities
- Always identifying opportunities to enhance the colleague experience while implementing and operating critical HR processes
- Administration of the processes and systems that enable all phases of the employee-lifecycle, including applicant tracking, payroll, benefits, colleague support, reporting and system integrations/upgrades
- Ensure the process of on and off-boarding colleagues is an excellent experience for the impacted person, their manager and ensure all necessary stakeholders are notified in a timely fashion
- Support the consistent stability of the bi-weekly payroll processes and associated system
- Collaborate with HRBPs and other members of the team to enable smooth and accurate communications to help colleagues and managers take advantage of resources, systems and processes
- Update information and reports related to an HR analytics dashboard to help leaders identify implications and insights
- Oversee colleague data management processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Qualified candidates typically have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field with ideally 5+ years of broad HR processes and systems experiences
- Strong understanding of networked and HR systems with integration to multiple other business critical applications.
- Experience supporting compensation, payroll, and or incentive comp systems and teams.
- At least 2 years directly supporting and working with US based managers.
- Strong communication skills, including effective written correspondence and comfortable presenting to an all-English-speaking audience.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of the "ADP" HRIS platform is a plus
- Knowledge of Greenhouse ATS is a plus
