Who are we looking for?
An inquisitive and driven college student, actively enrolled in a Business degree program or related field that is interested in assisting with the administration of day-to-day operations within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Operations team. This individual will demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills along with high attention to detail and a strong desire to learn.
This is a 10-week program beginning June 18, 2025, and ending August 27, 2025. This will be a part-time (up to 29 hours/week maximum) with the potential to go full-time in the future role.
What does the position pay?
The hourly compensation for this role is $20.00 for undergraduate students and $21.00 for graduate students.
What will you do?
- Analyze data using Excel to create pivot tables, formulas and VLook Ups
- Identify ways to streamline internal processes
- Update SOP
- Create custom customer reports within Excel
This is an onsite position at our office in Charleston, SC.
What education and experience do you need?
A combination of the following education and experience factors will be considered:
- Currently enrolled in a BA/BS in Business Administration or Business Management or related field
- Experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel to create formulas, pivot tables and VLook Ups
- Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills
