Soliant, staffing agency in business for 32 years, is expanding Blazer Jobs, a fast-growing division within our company, and actively seeking driven individuals to join our team as On-Site Recruitment Advisors. In this role, you will play a key part in helping schools across the country fill critical positions with top talent.
📍 Location: 300 Galleria Pkwy, Atlanta, GA 30339
📅 Schedule: Monday – Friday (No nights or weekends!)
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree required
✅ Sales experience highly encouraged
✅ Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
✅ Passion for fostering a strong and positive company culture
✅ Eager to learn, grow, and succeed
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
What You’ll Do:
- Source and recruit candidates through warm leads and cold outreach
- Post job openings on our platforms
- Utilize LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter for sourcing
- Recruit education professionals via phone, email, and social media
- Assist credentialing and payroll teams in securing necessary documents
- Build and maintain relationships with education and healthcare professionals
- Develop a pipeline of candidates for contract assignments
