The Systems Technician provides first line IT support services to internal customers in both the UK and US.

You Will Be:

• Providing timely first line desktop, mobile device and application support for all internal clients to maximise user uptime and productivity.
• Performing Call Tracker Management for all internal support tickets and following up on all issues according to our established procedure.
• Completing PC OS & Application builds, correctly building and re-building PC’s within assigned timelines, readying equipment for use at any time.
• Referring major hardware\software problems and defective products to vendors for service or replacement to maximise service availability.
• Conferring with employees, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications to existing systems, enabling our internal client’s requirements to be met.
• Managing user accounts in both Active Directory, Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Admin Center, including provisioning, decommissioning, permission and license management.
• Working within established security controls helping protect sensitive customer and corporate data

You Will Bring:

• Associates Degree\HND in a related discipline or 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Problem solving using logical and systematic approaches.
• Customer Service.

Experience of managing:-

• Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems.
• Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra.
• Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
• Microsoft 365 suite (both Admin and end-user.
• Android mobile devices via Intune or similar.
• Apple mobile devices via Intune or similar.
• Basic PC\Notebook hardware support.
• Antivirus technology and procedures.
• Powershell scripts used heavily in automation management and deployment
